“Ronnie” McKay, MSW, LCSW, is a licensed LifeSuccess Consultant. A graduate of the State University of New York in Albany with a Masters Degree in Social Work, Ronnie has worked as a psychotherapist for the past 20 years.
In the 1990’s Ronnie became intrigued with the exploration of metaphysical perspectives towards thought and action, and began looking for how the physical and intangible interact. The more she learned, the more she realized she wanted to find a good match between traditional psychotherapy and holistic healing. As a breast cancer survivor she was aware of the impact of thought and feelings on our physical well being. She was convinced she could find an approach that addresses both tangible and intangible aspects of the whole person, and that acknowledges the inherent capability that people have to manifest change in their lives. LifeSuccess coaching emerged as a bridge between these two different approaches to building positive change.
Understanding that patterns of thinking are what most hold people back and that thought itself is creative, Ronnie has put a strong focus on conscious thought as a key step in making a perspective shift that will help propel a client to where they want to be. She now works with people in all kinds of situations, whether business or personal. They can be intent on reaching goals, they may be exploring “what’s next,” or they can be in crisis and need support while working to overcome their current circumstances. In all instances, she sees herself as a coach who helps her clients get clear about what the next step is and how to bring it all together.
Ronnie lives her mission on a daily basis. She is dedicated to working with people to help them understand both how powerful they are and the true beauty of whom they are.

Giermek, a licensed LifeSuccess Consultant, comes by her ability to be a guiding force in any storm honestly. An adventurous soul since the beginning, she has traveled an unconventional road to her success. Her life direction took her first into the military where she further strengthened her innate steadfastedness and fearlessness about taking on things unknown and coming out of it successfully.
Diane, blessed with an optimistic nature and a center of calmness through which she views the world, soon found those qualities translating into a natural ability to help people through emotional and spiritual transitions.
Diane has consciously utilized the Law of Attraction and realized the power in saying YES to all things wanted in life. Her affiliation with Bob Proctor as a licensed LifeSuccess Consultant became the next step in working with people in the state of change. The practices and structures of LifeSuccess coaching have furthered the dimensions of her work, creating a metaphorical birthplace where, through the coaching process, clients emerge into a life of choice--being able to choose, from the deepest place, to step beyond their fears and into the life they have imagined.
“As children, we believe that anything is possible,” says Diane. “As adults, we turn off those aspirations to take on ‘responsibilities,’ forgetting the importance of our responsibility to ourselves.” Whatever dreams and aspirations her clients have pushed aside, Diane is passionate about shining a guiding light that leads them back to the realization that they CAN create what they want for themselves. “It is always an honor and a privilege,” Diane says about her work with clients, “One I am continually grateful for.”
